Celebrating the holidays with one of my Partners In Crime, we savored the last bottle of wine I bought back from Napa earlier this year. A 2011 Pinot Noir from Domaine Chandon (delicious!) with his grilled jerk salmon and peppers.
That is the best Pinot Noir I’ve had, to date, and makes me want to explore others. It was so smooth and mildly fruity. So easy to drink and went perfectly with the spicy salmon.
