Thankful for Thanksgiving eats and Paradise Springs Winery’s 2012 Chardonnay. It’s only right that I sip on this smooth, creamy wine as I make my way through turkey, ham, mac & cheese, greens, rolls…you get it.
PSW is one of my favorite Virginia wineries, but I’d never really considered their Chardonnay before – I’m usually occupied with their Sommet Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon. I’m glad my mom grabbed a bottle the last time we visited. She’s not a wine drinker at all, but really liked the Chardonnay.
